Machu Picchu is a pre-Columbian Inca site located 8,000 ft above sea level. It is situated on a mountain ridge above the Urubamba Valley in Peru near Aguas Caliente. Known as the “The Lost City of the Incas”, Machu Picchu is the most known sites of the Incan Empire.

The Victoria Falls is an amazing waterfall located in south Africa on the Zambezi River between the countries of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The falls are some of the largest in the world.

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the largest in Egypt and one of the largest in the world. The base is over 52,600 square meters in area. Egypt has the most pyramids in the world. Worth a trip. I consider it to be the trip of a lifetime.

The Great Barrier Reef is the largest coral reef system composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for over 1,600 mi. The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of northeast Australia.

Giant’s Causeway, Ireland
The Giant’s Causeway is made up of 40,000 interlocking hexagonal basalt rock columns -- caused by an ancient volcanic eruption. It is located on the northeast coast of Ireland, near the town of Bushmills. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986.
